Are you an experienced Independent Demolition Contractor looking for steady work without the hassle of finding your next job?
We are seeking qualified Independent Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
Scope of Work
- Interior demolition of residential units
- Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls
- Site clean-up and debris removal
Requirements
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Own vehicle, tools, and PPE
- Experience in residential demolition
