Looking for reliable Independent Demolition Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects in Barrie, Ontario.

Scope of Work

  • Interior demolition of residential units
  • Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls
  • Site clean-up and debris removal

Requirements

  • Must operate as an Independent Contractor
  • Registered business with GST/HST number
  • Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
  • Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
  • Own vehicle, tools, and PPE
  • Experience in residential demolition
