Responsibilities
- Perform post-construction cleaning, removing dust, debris, and construction residue.
- Complete turnover suite cleans to prepare units for new tenants or owners.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, windows, and all surfaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail units to move-in-ready standards.
- Report any deficiencies or maintenance concerns.
Requirements
- Experience with post-construction or turnover cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and cleaning equipment/supplies.
