Independent Contractor – Floor Refinishing (Parquet Repair & Sanding)
Location: Cornwall, ON
We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing vacant unit turnover floor refinishing, specializing in parquet repair and sanding, in the Cornwall area.
Work Includes:
- Sanding and refinishing of hardwood and parquet flooring
- Parquet block repairs and replacements
- Spot repairs and blending for damaged flooring
- Staining, sealing, and finishing to turnover standards
- Completion of flooring punch‑lists within set timelines
What We Provide:

Requirements:
- Proven experience with parquet flooring repair and refinishing
- Experience working in vacant unit turnovers
- Own sanding equipment, tools, and reliable transportation
- Valid WSIB and liability insurance
- Ability to meet defined turnover timelines and quality standards
